Giffard, Cava Wines and Spirits, and Scratch Nightclub held the First Annual Iron Bar Mixology Competition. Fifteen of Saskatoon's best bartenders showed off their flairs and flavours, having 5 minutes to make 6 drinks with a feature liqueur (Abricot du Roussillon).
